Evrilink Registration Process

What does the clinical trial registration process involve with Evrima?

All participants who wish to register their interest in a clinical trial are required to create an account with Evrima's clinical trial recruitment platform, Evrilink. This is a secure platform which allows participants to provide specific details to help Evrima better understand health and demographic details in order to determine eligibility for clinical trials.

How do I create an Evrilink account?

To create an account, visit Evrilink.com and complete the registration form. After submission, a verification email will be sent — check both inbox and spam folder. Click the "Verify your email address" button, which redirects back to Evrilink to complete your profile. After saving your profile, you can explore available trials and register for one that interests you.

What type of email account do I need to register?

You may create an Evrilink account with any email of your preference, such as Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, or a custom email address. You register by providing your first name, last name, and email address on the signup page.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by visiting Evrilink. Enter your email address and click "Send recovery code". You will receive an email with a verification code — check both your inbox and spam folder.

Once you have the code, return to the page and click "Enter recovery code". You will then be prompted to input the code and set a new password.

How do I unsubscribe or delete my account from Evrilink?

To unsubscribe from emails, log in to your Evrilink account and navigate to your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the page (coloured box with your initials). Click the dropdown arrow to view your options, then select "Preferences". From there, you can delete your account, which will also unsubscribe you from all emails from Evrilink.

How do I log in with Evrilink's one-time SMS or email verification code?

As of 29 October 2024, Evrilink features enhanced security for logging in. A one-time code (OTC) system ensures only the account holder can access the account, via a verification code sent to their mobile phone (or email, if preferred). This also benefits users who struggle to remember passwords.

Process:

1. Select "I already have an account"
2. Enter the email address used to register the Evrilink account
3. Click "Send one-time code"
4. A 6-digit code is sent via SMS to the registered mobile phone
5. Copy and paste the 6-digit code
6. Log in directly to the Evrilink account

If the code is not received, users may press "Resend code". If the mobile number is incorrect, or an email code is preferred, select "Email Verification code" to receive a 6-digit code by email instead.

To log in with a password instead: enter the registered email address, select "Log in with Password", then type in the password and log in.

If a mobile number is out of date, it can be updated in profile preferences (see "Updating your Evrilink Profile" below). For login issues, contact patientexperience@evrima.com.

Updating your Evrilink Profile

Profile details may be updated at any time via Profile preferences.

Process:

1. In the top right-hand corner, select the box with your initials
2. Select "Your details"
3. Scroll down and update your name, location, email address, or mobile number

How do I unsubscribe from Evrima?

If you wish to remove all your details from Evrima and unsubscribe from all future Evrima emails, use the Evrima preferences centre (link available on the live site, once you're logged in).

Please note this is only applicable to your preferences for Evrima. If you wish to delete your Evrilink account and stop all communications from Evrilink, please log into your account and go to preferences.
